Architect innovative payments solutions that are secure, efficient, and customer-centric.Collaborate with stakeholders across the board, from developers to business analysts.Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable blueprints for success.Provide expert guidance and support to development teams, ensuring seamless delivery.Own the end-to-end design process, guaranteeing high-quality, maintainable solutions.Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies and fostering a culture of innovation.What do I need? 2+ years' experience as a Solution Designer, preferably in the payments and cards industry.8+ years of overall IT experience with expertise in developing microservices/RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Java, Kafka, SQL, DB2, and Azure.Strong understanding of card products and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient, secure solutions.A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.A commitment to quality and a strong work ethic.What's it like to work there?
