Long DescriptionAs a Solution Designer – Material Service Providers, you will work with the existing squad and other teams, including Third Party Risk Management, to complete the design, implementation, and embedding of the CPS230 Material Service Provider Target Operating Model.
A bit of context:
The CPS230 Material Service Providers stream needs to identify ANZ's most material suppliers then design and implement a holistic risk management approach to optimise outcomes for ANZ. There is a significant amount of existing supplier risk management governance across ANZ so the future solutions will need to be based on a detailed understanding of what is in place today and what is required to take us from 'today' state to 'desired future' state.
We need a very high performing solution designer to influence requirements for the desired future state, work on the technology and non-technology aspects of implementation, and support users so the future state is embedded and becomes stable.
This work will make a considerable contribution to ANZ's supplier management approach.

What will your day look like?Be part of technology and non-technology implementation including user testingEnsure all CPS230 requirements are met via technology or non-technology solutions.Synthesizing, providing insights and recommendations, influencing outcomes and aligning multiple stakeholders to drive decision-makingTake part of integration with other CPS230 streams, including process and system integrationBuilding a positive and inclusive environment in which stakeholders feel valued and understood, and buy into the process, solution, and intended outcomesSupport other aspects of the team's work including MSP identification, record management, audit readiness, contract uplift, and board reporting designWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Relevant experience in a generalist/diverse-skillset.Technology project implementation.Works at considerable pace and can operate effectively in VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environments.Excellent verbal and writing skills.Outcome oriented and effective team player, including contributing to a psychologically safe work environment and optimising every member of the team's wellbeing.Excellent attention to detail and process oriented.Structured and refined working style, informed by feedback, self-reflection and improvement over your working life.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
