Solution Designer

Talenza have been engaged by a banking client to find a Solution Designer (solution architect) to work across a range of projects. The successful candidate will have domain specific knowledge relating to consulting with technical teams and senior stakeholders, solution design and technical problem solving.
Candidates must be currently located in QLD with PR or citizenship.

Responsibilities and requirements

Experience producing solution designs from consulting with technical and business stakeholders. A background in financial services (essential) A background in technical leadership (Technical Lead, Solution Architecture or IT management roles) Technical experience with Java, Spring, react, node, AWS, Kafka, API's (preferred) Experience with systems development, support and maintenance, with specialist application knowledge and experience with systems integration (preferred) Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, must be able to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience with databases and data migrations (SQL, data warehousing or data design)
