Solution Designer - Fixed Ems/Nms

We are seeking a skilled Solution Designer to lead the lifecycle management of Fixed Network EMS/NMS solutions across IP, Microwave, and Optical domains. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, enhance, and implement network management solutions, ensuring they meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement EMS/NMS solutions providing FCAPS functionality for IP, Microwave, and Optical networks.Analyse requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient designs.Oversee solution development, testing, and implementation until operational handover.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver optimal solutions.Provide governance and technical expertise for existing EMS/NMS solutions.Document solution designs and ensure compliance with project goals.Skills and Experience: 5+ years in OSS Solution Design, including EMS/NMS experience.Strong knowledge of IP, Microwave, and Optical Transport technologies (e.g., MPLS, DWDM, SDH).Familiarity with network protocols like SNMP, NetFlow, and REST APIs.Experience with cloud technologies and software development lifecycles.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
