The Senior Technology Consultant provides technology leadership to FICO project teams during implementation.
Utilizing expert knowledge of FICO Platform and products, she/he takes charge of the technical team and drives the technical effort during implementation.
She/he provides best practice consultations to the client teams to maximize the benefits of using FICO software.
Responsibilities Oversee overall architecture and design of the FICO technical solution built using FICO platform and other FICO products.Lead the engagement, coordinating all technical effort with more junior and offshore technical team members.Facilitate design workshops for a wide range of projects that involve FICO Platform and on-premise products mainly Blaze Advisor.Produce high-quality architecture and design deliverables, and facilitate client sign-offs on these deliverables.Deliver best practices usage consultancy on FICO platform and FICO on-premise products.Balance multiple large projects simultaneously.
Easily switch from one agenda to another.Produce effort estimates for existing clients or prospects.Participate in quality assurance test planning, system design sessions, implementation planning, and other phases of the software development lifecycle as needed.Qualifications Minimum 10+ years' experience working as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in a client-facing role.Strong knowledge of FICO products namely Blaze Advisor, Decision Modeler, Data Pipelines, InstantML, FICO App Workbench and broad knowledge of FICO Platform is mandatory.Be client-facing - able to present technical information and concepts to non-technical people.Experience in team management.
Successfully engaged on projects from inception through completion.Detailed knowledge of software architecture principles and methodologies.Demonstrated exposure to SOA, cloud deployments and technology, Java, JEE, SQL, High Availability, internet technologies, REST, AWS and cloud-native technologies.Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to solve technical challenges.Strong industry experience in one or more industry areas, including Banking & Financial Services and Insurance.Excellent technical writing and business communications skills.Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives, emphasis on planning skills.Excellent team participant.Ability to coordinate a small to medium-sized (2 to 8 members) technical team.Bachelors in Technology or Engineering in Computer Science. #J-18808-Ljbffr
