As we expand our operations, we areseeking a talented Solutions Consultant to join our team.Role summary:In this role you will be supporting the extensive range of Convai implementation/resell partnersalong with assisting the Probe business development team in finding and winning new businessand retention of existing business.Responsibilities:? Delivering account and technical support to Partners to help drive their pipeline andsales effort? Pre-sales engagements, proposal preparation and tender responses.? Provide Costing, pricing development and support for proposal preparation for non-standard opportunities? Discovery consulting, information gathering, solution reviews? Provide roadmap and technical product insights to partners and probe accountmanagement function? Perform product demonstrations? Maintain a working knowledge of the Outsource Contact Centre offering of Probe toenable cross sales opportunities? Preparation of reportsSkills and experience:? Strong communication and presentation skills? Excellent grasp of business case analysis? Strong consulting skills? Self motivated? Minimum five years industry experience (e.g. telecommunications, contact centretechnology and practices, natural language technology, project delivery, consulting/presales, digital technologies)?
