Provide specialist design and engineering experience in the networking domain$140 - $160K + 17% superannuationAbout the role: This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and customers, providing specialist design and engineering experience in the networking domain. The successful candidate will have the chance to work directly with customers, including Universities, Higher Education, Schools, and other customers providing advice and expertise in a pre-sales, post-sales and advisory capacity.
What you'll do: As a Solution Consultant, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our clients customer success capabilities across a range of our products for different customers. Your role will also include some design and hands-on engineering and configuration. You will be instrumental in guiding our internal development processes by providing technical and commercial input relevant to proposed or existing services.
Develop positive, long-term relationships that enable better understanding of customer needs, preferences, and prioritiesProvide direct technical advisory and solution consulting services to customersDrive the successful adoption of products and services ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their subscriptionAid in the investigation and resolution of major service disruptions within customer environmentsSupport architecture and design activities alongside team membersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services relevant to your specialisation area(s)What you bring: 5+ years of experience within an Enterprise, Systems Integrator or Service Provider networking team or similar role.You will have hands-on configuration of networking equipment and advanced routing configuration experienceAbility to work with non-technical customers to develop solutions will be critical for this roleExperience in a variety of technical areas within telecommunications, Cloud, cyber-security or network domainsHands-on configuration of networking equipment and advanced routing configuration experienceExperience with common network vitalisation technologies (eg.
