The Role Looking for an opportunity to change how clinical trials and clinical data are managed?

As one of the members of our Veeva Vault Solutions Consulting team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding our customer's business needs and matching the Vault solution that best meets the customer's vision.

What You'll Do The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with current and potential customers (CROs) in the APAC region, comprehensively understanding their needs and utilization of our products.
By cultivating enduring relationships within the community, we aim to facilitate their adoption and effective utilization of Veeva's ecosystem.Engage with Prospects and Customers pre/post sale to understand customer needs.Provide compelling demonstrations of the Veeva Vault Clinical solutions.Refine demonstrations based on trends of the CRO industry.Pre-sales support; including solution presentations and demonstrations, written responses, and relationship building.Marketing & Community Event Support; including Veeva sponsored events and industry conferences.Bid Management and RFx Responses.Solution Workshops and POCs.Requirements 6+ years of working experience in a CRO business and or within a software company serving CROs with respect to clinical operations solutions.First-hand experience with ETMF & CTMS solutions (Veeva, Oracle, Wingspan).Located in Sydney, Australia, with a right to work Full time in Australia.A bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field of study.Fluent in English.Excellent presentation skills.Willing to travel.Nice to Have Prior experience with Clinical Data (EDC) solutions such as Metadata Rave or Veeva EDC.Experience with clinical trials within a pharmaceutical company.Veeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
