As a Solution Architect (Salesforce Industries), you'll play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end solution architecture for key IT projects, focusing on Salesforce and Salesforce Industries technologies. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions, translating business requirements into technical solution concepts across Salesforce and other systems.Collaborate with stakeholders from business, technical, and operational teams to ensure successful integration and solution deployment.Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, such as Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), High-Level Designs (HLD) and Detailed Solution Designs.Provide technical leadership, driving adherence to standards, governance, and best practices throughout project lifecycles.Ensure alignment with Foxtel's architecture principles and frameworks, while managing risks, impacts, and dependencies across projects.Skills and Experience: 3-5 years' experience as a Solutions Architect or senior technical role in large IT project delivery, especially within Salesforce Industries.Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries, with experience in Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, Flexcards, and Industries CPQ.Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with integration procedures (REST APIs, JSON, XML).Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community) and experience with DevOps practices (GitLab, VSCode).Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior business stakeholders.What We Offer: The opportunity to work on innovative and impactful projects within a leading media and entertainment company.A collaborative and dynamic team environment, where your contributions will directly shape business outcomes.Career growth and development opportunities, with access to cutting-edge tools and technologies.Ready to take your career to the next level?
