Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice, we intend to recruit a BI Engineer with relevant consulting and communication skills. Roles and responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect - MDM, you'll lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll translate business needs into technical specifications, develop data models, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your role involves leading IDMC configuration, implementing data quality rules, and integrating with various systems using MuleSoft. You'll provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to internal standards, staying abreast of MDM trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and secure MDM solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop data models, data flows, and integration architectures to support MDM initiatives.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, data governance standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Lead the implementation and configuration of IDMC for MDM projects.
Develop and implement data quality rules, data standardization, and data matching strategies.
Integrate IDMC with various data sources, applications, and systems using MuleSoft or other integration tools.
Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization between MDM and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the MDM and data management space.
Contribute to the development of internal standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and provide training to team members as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MDM solution design and implementation, with a strong focus on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud.
Proven experience with data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or other integration tools for data integration and synchronization.
Familiarity with public sector regulations, policies, and compliance requirements (desirable).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
