About the Role Are you a seasoned Solution Architect with a knack for tackling complex challenges?
We're looking for a tech-savvy leader to shape innovative solutions and drive real business impact.
Key responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage robust solution architectures across various disciplines such as business, information, technical architecture, and more;Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategies with organisational goals;Leverage emerging technologies, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, and microservices, to enhance operational efficiency;Develop predictive analytics solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems;Navigate complex organisational dynamics with situational and contextual intelligence;Estimate the financial impact of solution architecture decisions and align them with long-term business objectives;Provide thought leadership, influence stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.About You We are looking for someone with: Experience: 8+ years across at least three disciplines such as technical architecture, application development, middleware, or information analysis;Expertise: Deep understanding of business ecosystems, IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Solution Architecture), and agile/lean methodologies;Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation;Vision: The ability to balance short-term and long-term organisational goals, while staying abreast of emerging technologies;Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas into business outcomes.Desirable skills & experience: Experience in organisations with 100-500 employees;Industry knowledge in Automotive Finance or Financial Services;Familiarity with international compliance obligations and overseas-based organisations;Proficiency in contract management systems such as Sofico Miles or CALMS.Why Join Us Be part of a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of innovation;Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with a focus on professional growth;Influence business strategies and play a critical role in driving digital transformation.This is a 12 month contract with possibility to extend.
