The Opportunity We're looking for a Solution Architect to join our team in EMEA (preferred in Germany or UK). The solution architecture role involves designing and overseeing the comprehensive structure of a complex system or application. This role ensures that the system meets the business objectives, technical requirements, and aligns with the organizations overall strategy and value. Solution Architects create blueprints that integrate various components like software, hardware, external data, and processes to deliver the desired outcomes. We are business designers who will coach and help operationalize in scope capabilities. Solution architects play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and implementation, shaping the organization's direction.

What You'll Do Value Realization: Ensuring implementations deliver maximum value for their solutions.Capability Scope Selection: Identifying and selecting the appropriate capabilities, products, solutions that best suit the client's needs while considering factors like performance, compatibility, and maintainability.System Connectivity & Integrations: Ensuring seamless connection and integration of various components, both new and existing, to enable smooth communication and data exchange between different parts of the system. This is not spec writing or development. This is a general understanding and design of the end-to-end final solution.Documentation: Creating comprehensive scope documentation, diagrams and guidelines that help teams understand and implement the design correctly. This requires diligence in Projectplace.Collaboration: Working closely with implementation consultants, integration teams, GRS, Agile experts, training and others to ensure that the architecture is implemented accurately and in alignment with the design.Continuous Improvement: Monitoring the implemented design, identifying areas for improvement, and adapting the design as necessary to address evolving needs and pivot. What You'll Bring Must have experience in Enterprise Level Portfolio and Project management or Lean Portfolio Management environments.Must have a solid grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools, with the ability to adapt to the needs of different projects and clients.Must be fluent in English.German is a plus.Possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of various technologies and methodologies.Ability to balance immediate project needs with long-term strategic goals.A proven history in playing a key role in successful software implementations.Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that provide tangible business value.Bachelor in computer science or related field.5+ years experience in a consultant or architect role.Experience working in large and complex enterprise project environments.Mentor team members in best practices, architecture and delivery of our solutions.A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive to work in a remote working environment.
