Solution Architect• Initial 6 month contract with global mining client

• Conduct feasibility study on a new mine site
The client:A global mining giant that has been established for over 100 years that is currently undertaking long term programs of work.
The role:We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect who has proven experience in conducting feasibility studies / analysis on new mine sites.
Responsibilities include:Conduct feasibility studies across multiple projects including for a new mine siteBuild prototypes and written documentation for feasibility of proposed solutionDevelop cost models around mine network planningEngage with vendors, stakeholders and the project team including Project Managers, Business Analyst and EngineersKey experience:Previous experience in ICT Solutions Architecture across a broad technology range including applications, infrastructure and data.Must be experienced with large programs of workExcellent communication, stakeholder and vendor engagement abilityOutstanding written / documentation skillsFlexible, adaptable, make it happen attitudeExperience working for the mining industry or similar industry sector preferredAbility to utilize MS Excel to track feasibility of the projectPossible occasional site travel to the Pilbara, only if required (travel is not part of the role and may not be required however)Experience working in the mining / resources sector is preferred due to the nature of the project work.The Perks:Long term program of workFriendly, supportive manager and team environmentPrime location in the CBDIf you are keen and possess the required experience, please apply now via the link below to be considered.
