This is a pivotal role in which you will support and guide the team through technology platform integration, technology modernisation and technology transformation engagements.Providing architecture subject matter expertise in the form of advice, consultancy and design of enterprise grade solutions.Demonstrated experience as a solution architect on large complex ICT projects, including strategic knowledge and use of architecture/design methodologies and tools.Deliver architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices, to help solve complex technical problems and ensure fit for purpose solutions are implemented.Experience with the following:Defining solution, application, integration, information and security architecturesPlatform StrategyPlatform selection and implementationUnderstanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT etc.Understanding of business architecture methods.Identification, resolution and management of strategy and architecture issues/exemptions.Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Architecture and Integration Frameworks.The ability to act as technical lead in a project team including vendor resources.Awareness of business continuous improvement identification and execution processes.Strong effective communicator; with solid interpersonal and analytical decision-making.Demonstrable experience in influencing teams and preferably within matrix structures.Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills that lead to positive influence, impact and results.Highly desirable behaviours – High Performing, Resilience, Willingness to learn, Collaborative, Problem Solver, Authentic; Accountable, Caring and quality driven.Our CultureWe recognise that our people play the biggest role in our success as a firm.
