We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and experience in leading large-scale digital transformations. About the Role As the Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, you will lead the design, migration, and integration of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to a modern, secure, and scalable Microsoft 365 environment. Your expertise in services such as Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, One Drive, and endpoint management, along with your knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, will be critical in driving the success of this transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead Microsoft 365 Architecture & Design: Define and architect Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business needs, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency; Develop Migration Strategies: Design roadmaps for migrating legacy systems (Exchange, Share Point, etc.) to the Microsoft 365 platform; Governance, Security & Compliance: Implement robust governance frameworks and enforce security protocols (e.g., DLP, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access); Endpoint Management: Design and manage device and application policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), ensuring security and compliance across devices; Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with IT leadership, department heads, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions; Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring successful delivery of transformation programs. What We're Looking For Experience10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions; Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale migrations to Microsoft 365, including endpoint management and hybrid configurations; Expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, One Drive), identity management (Azure AD), and security & compliance features. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly preferred. Skills Expertise in Microsoft 365 cloud architecture, particularly around security & compliance; Proficiency in automation tools (Power Shell) and scripting for Intune operations; Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders; Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
