Solo Resource Recovery is a 100% Australian owned and operated Company who provide industry leading innovative and customer service focused waste management services. We operate in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland and provide a complete range of waste services to business, government and private customers.
The position is responsible for conducting the invoicing and administrative work relating to domestic Council Contracts, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective information flow. The position will be required to assist with new and ongoing Contract implementation, administration management and management of bin procurement and marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Complete monthly domestic Contract invoicing, including working with branches across Australia to receive the required information in a timely manner. Review end of month reporting and related data that feeds into the domestic invoicing for accuracy and completeness prior to completion of the monthly invoice process. Manage the review and submission of Contract correspondence including plans, certificates, policies and procedures to Councils and other contracted clients. Provide high quality customer service to Council and Solo staff through timely action and communication of requests. Assist with administration of new Contract implementations and current Contracts. About You: Expertise in Microsoft Office. High level communication and time management skills. High attention to detail and diligence with regards to written, verbal and numerical information. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team. Although not essential, experience in the Waste Industry and Project Management would be an advantage.
