Responsibilities :
Perform all phone and device repairs with a high standard of quality. Manage all aspects of customer relations, including inquiries, advice, and follow-up. Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Implement business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and shop profitability. Qualifications :
Proven experience in phone and device repair. Strong customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
