Work week may be split across our offices in Sydney (Barangaroo) and Western Sydney (Parramatta).We are looking for:Solicitors who are extremely reliable and committed to obtaining excellent outcomes for their clients.
You must be able to conduct thorough research and come to satisfactory conclusions/solutions on your own accord.
You must also have exceptional communication skills and charisma that inspire trust and confidence in clients and colleagues.You'll need to have:At least 3 years experience post-admission.A current NSW practising certificate.A proven track record in delivering exceptional results in local court (+NCAT desirable).A drive to convert consultations into cases.Experience drafting court documents/applications, settlement documents, and correspondence.Exceptional time management skills.Comfortable with new technology and systems.A passion for excellent client service/management and obtaining reviews.A proactive approach.A can-do attitude.A full week for you might look like:Full carriage of / autonomously running:
Property Damage Claims (including car accidents involving uninsured parties)Tenancy DisputesNeighbour DisputesDebt Recoveries
A Local Court, Small Claims or NCAT attendance.8 - 10 Initial Consultations.Optionally: Working on a case or two in an area of law you find interesting/challenging e.g.
like Defamation, Personal Injury, Construction Disputes, Director/Shareholder Disputes and litigation (w Counsel assistance).Salary is commensurate with relevant experience and proven ability.Interested?Contact us on: ******
