Solicitor - Property Law

This job requires the services of a solicitor to primarily practice in the property law area. General duties will include all aspects of property matters up to settlement.Skills and experience:Proven experience in handling conveyancing files to completionExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent work ethicAbility to work under pressure of deadlines and client expectationsYour main responsibility will be managing conveyancing files from start to finish, including:Liaising with professionals such as agents, conveyancers, solicitors, and financial institutionsPreparation of Contracts for Sale of Land and other documentsReviewing contracts for prospective purchasersObtaining relevant searches and certificatesAdministration as requiredPlease note that all applications will be reviewed but we will only contact those candidates that we feel meet our criteria.
