Solicitor – Plaintiff Compensation (Sydney)

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Law Graduate or Solicitor to join our Plaintiff team in our Sydney office on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be part of a dynamic and growing team, with direct Principal access and the opportunity to quickly develop your skills.
Our law firm has a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services to our clients, and we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.Core duties and responsibilities of the role will include:Providing advice to clients on personal injury cases, including medical negligence claims;Individual case management of plaintiff personal injury matters;Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and statements of claim;Regular communication with clients and other stakeholders;Assisting in divisional marketing and business development activities.A real work/life balance, competitive remuneration and staff benefits will be provided.Who are you?The successful applicant will possess the following:A law degree and be admitted (or soon to be admitted) to the legal profession;Previous experience working on a variety of personal injuries cases (potentially including medical negligence claims and/or motor vehicle claims).
Plaintiff experience will be highly regarded, although not essential;Ability to run files with minimum supervision;Strong relationship building, customer service and communication skills;Strong time management and organisational skills together with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously;Initiative;Prior experience with high value catastrophic claims is highly advantageous.Your new teamOur team culture is built on a foundation of respect, transparency, and accountability.
