Solicitor – Personal Injury (3+ years PAE) Littles Lawyers is a specialist personal injury law firm with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Melbourne.
We work on a "no win-no fee" basis and represent clients in relation to motor vehicle accidents, workplace incidents, public liability incidents, institutional abuse, general insurance claims, and total and permanent disability (TPD) claims.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a confident, driven and ambitious lawyerto join our NSW Sydney team, focusing on predominantly a Plaintiff's CTP practice, with some WC and PL matters.
You will be working alongside our Partner and Head of NSW Claims, who is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and Recommended Doyle's Guide Lawyer.
You will also be working directly with our Special Counsel, who is also an Accredited Specialist.
This permanent position is ideal for an applicant with 3+ years PAE with personal injury experience (pre-admission experience will be considered).
More experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Working from home (or working remotely up to 2 days a week) arrangements are available.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ability to communication in English and Arabic will be highly regarded (not essential).
A minimum of 3 years of PAE experience in Plaintiff personal injury (pre-admission experience will be considered).
Strong organisation and planning abilities with great time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
Ability to introduce clients and referrers to the firm.
Capable of building relationships and networks to generate your own referrals.
Must be a team player.
Ability to work autonomously.
