Today we boast over 84 stores, consisting of a combination of traditional convenience and convenience petroleum.Job SummaryThere is an opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Cairns or Brisbane based internal legal team.Key Responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing and assisting with contracts of sale for both businesses and landAttending to large property transactions, including due diligence and option agreementsPreparing and reviewing leases, licence agreements, franchising agreementsReviewing and advising on fuel supply agreementsSatisfying disclosure obligations with respect to franchising and retail leasesAssisting with procedural processes for rental determinationsLiaising with our existing external legal panelExperience & Key SkillsOur ideal candidate/s will have:A minimum of two years experience across a range of property transactions (ideally some experience with franchising)Strong written and oral communication skillsAble to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlinesDetail orientedCapable of working independently and as part of a teamIf this sounds like you, please send your CV and covering letter to .
