Solicitor / Lawyer - Commercial, Property, Estates, Litigation

Drakos & Company Solicitors are seeking to appoint a commercial and property lawyer to fill out our commercial, estates and property law team.
We are a growing firm with a respectful, supportive and professional team environment.
The role will involve a large measure of autonomy, but you will work closely with the two partners and our other solicitors.

While our main priority for this role will be to focus on our commercial, estates and property matters, we would love to be able to help you cross-skill in other areas such as family law and litigation.

Our firm is centrally based, close to public transport and we have onsite parking as well so commuting is easy.

Who you are: Have the capacity and the desire to be part of a cooperative team, willing to chip in where needed; Post admission experience preferred, in conveyancing, commercial leasing, sale and purchase of business, wills and estates; Have the capacity to take carriage of conveyancing and leasing matters from commencement to completion; Enjoy meeting and engaging with clients to take instructions and build the client/lawyer relationship; Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent research skills; Ability to work without supervision; Organised and able to prioritise effectively; Deadline-driven; Enthusiastic, positive attitude.
