We would love to hear from Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors:

Interstate Conveyancing (VIC/SA/WA/NSW/QLD)
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on matters pertaining to property law, including but not limited to conveyancing, property transactions, leasing, and property development.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as contracts of sale, leases, licenses, and agreements.
Conduct thorough due diligence investigations and title searches to ensure the legality and validity of property transactions.
Manage all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction to settlement, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Liaise effectively with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Stay updated on changes in property law and legislation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with Legal CRMs (LEAP/Smokeball) and Microsoft Office Software.
