Are you an Australian employment lawyer, with a strong track record of employee incentives work? If so, then we would love to speak to you as there is very strong demand in London for lawyers with this skill set.
At present, we have at least two or three clients who are very keen to speak to candidates who are passionate about this area of law and who are looking to relocate to London in order to gain broader/different work experience.
What you'd be doing:
Advising companies at all stages of their life-cycle from start-ups to some of the largest public/private organisations.
Helping leading domestic and international companies to reward their people through existing and innovative structures that are relevant to their goals and future plans.
Playing a key role in ensuring all governing and regulatory frameworks are adhered to.
Being passionate about helping companies to achieve success through retention of their workforce with crucial incentives and share scheme plans.
And be a valued member of a small, close-knit team...but with all the benefits of working for a big firm.
