About You: This role is for a dynamic, energetic solicitor with a passion for getting the best outcome for their clients.
Your background will include comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law.
You must have demonstrated ability as a strong technical personal injury lawyer with at least 7 years of post-admission experience.
Absolute client care drives everything we do at Law Partners so you'll need to be confident working in a very busy, client-focused environment.
With a proven track record in managing a busy medical negligence practice, you will also have empathy and drive to ensure the best outcome for your clients.
Your organizational and superior communication skills will set you apart from the rest.
This is a fantastic opening for a motivated lawyer to retain their focus in medical negligence claims whilst progressing their career within the firm.
To be considered for the role, you MUST have: 7+ years post-admission experience gained within a personal injury legal environment. Demonstrated strong organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to regularly meet/exceed professional fees budget. Strong technical skills in personal injury law (medical negligence). An unwavering commitment to get to know your clients personally and deliver absolute client care. A hard working and dedicated approach to your practice. A friendly, down to earth nature that enjoys working as part of a team. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
