We pride ourselves on being a small firm, but receiving the best results for our clients.Qualifications & ExperienceWe're looking for a solicitor with a practicing certificate within the ACT and experience with LEAP legal software.The ideal candidate will have:Strong knowledge of relevant legislationExcellent analytical research and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlinesAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamTasks & ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time position based in our office in Fyshwick, ACT. You will be part of a team and responsible for addressing incoming client enquiries, running your own matters, communicating with clients, providing legal advice and representation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.Paid leave benefits to be discussed and agreed upon with partners in the firm.
