United Legal is a growing law firm based in Fyshwick, ACT. We practice personal injury law. We pride ourselves on being a small firm, but receiving the best results for our clients. Qualifications & Experience We're looking for a solicitor with a practicing certificate within the ACT and experience with LEAP legal software. The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of relevant legislation Excellent analytical research and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Tasks & Responsibilities This is a full-time position based in our office in Fyshwick, ACT. You will be part of a team and responsible for addressing incoming client enquiries, running your own matters, communicating with clients, providing legal advice and representation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.
