Our client specialises in providing legal advice on a range of commercial property matters arising from strata issues, leasing, commercial sales and acquisitions, and complex property matters. Due to the growth of the firm, a fantastic opportunity has become available for an inspired, all-star Solicitor to join the team. This role would be the perfect fit for a candidate holding 3 years or more experience working on similar matters, who is open to new ideas and addressing legal issues using a fresh, outside of the box perspective.Responsibilities:Managing mattersRunning client meetings and taking client instructionsProgressing matters in accordance with client instructionsDealing with other side solicitors, financiers, authorities as necessaryAssisting in building the business and your professional profileNetworking with clients, potential clients, and referrersTraining, mentoring, and supervising junior staff and administrative staff as requiredEnsuring proper file records are kept, including recording time or feesFiling and ensuring filing is up to date (including paperless and paper-light filing)Managing fee proposals, billing, and closing filesContinuing Professional Development as required to comply with your professional obligationsAssisting in the development of corporate documentationDeveloping and maintaining precedentsMaintaining workflows, checklists, and other systemsPersonal Requirements:The ability to manage complex projects in a high profile, dynamic environment.High level representational skills with the ability to build outstanding working relationships with stakeholders, staff, suppliers, and service providers.The ability to work under pressure and prioritise matters to achieve outcomesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA confident and self-assured personality, with a positive, empathetic approachYou will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package along with excellent working conditions and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and focused team, committed to excellence.How to Apply:To express your interest in this great opportunity, please click the "Apply" button.
