You will be part of an energetic team with direct access to a Principal and will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a broad range of interesting Commercial and Property matters.
Key Responsibilities Provide advice and guidance to clients on a range of commercial and property matters across a range of industries including local governments, education, and small business clients.
Drafting and negotiating various legal documents including contracts and service agreements.
Conducting legal research and drafting advices to develop effective legal strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Mentor and assist in the development of junior team members.
Role Requirements and Your Experience 1-3 years' post admission experience with a broad range of general commercial and property matters.
A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice to clients.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
