Our opportunity The solicitor (Advice and Tribunal) will work in an environment of tight deadlines to meet constantly changing priorities and address urgent new and emerging developments in the evolving areas of gambling regulation.
Key accountabilities Provide authoritative written & verbal advice to the Commission on the relevant legislation, regulations, and major licences & agreements.Who we are looking for To be successful in this position, you will have good knowledge and understanding of administrative law principles and statutory interpretation.
