If you consider that you are already at associate level, then you are invited to talk to our principal Adrian Hawkes.In particular, we are looking to employ a suitable solicitor in each of our Minyama and Buderim offices who are experienced and interested in:Commercial leases and business salesCommercial and company litigationFamily lawEstate litigation and family provision applicationsProbate and administration applicationsMediationsCompany structuresDiscretionary and fixed trustsCommercial experienceThe salary package offered includes a base salary and increasing remuneration according to fee performance.The people we are looking for will not require micro-management and will enjoy the freedom and flexibility we offer.
