Job Description Legal advisor for internal queries related to capital transactions and on-going property projects.Support on green- and brownfield projects related to commercial, residential or industrial projects.Manage referrals to external legal partners.Help with the development of legal templates, document management systems and precedents with view to establishing future-proof and efficient legal systems.Ad-hoc legal advice on non-property topics when required.Contribute positively to company strategy and engage regularly with Executive Leadership team.The Successful Applicant Qualified Lawyer with at least 8 years' post-admission experience focused on real estate or property law.Knowledge of property acquisition, sales, disposals, leasing, environmental law, development projects within commercial/corporate environment - some not all are required!Demonstrable knowledge of high-value and complex projects.Excellent communication skills with confidence to speak with senior execs internally and external partners.Self-sufficient and able to balance diverse workload.What's on Offer An estimated salary range of AUD 200,000 - AUD 250,000 inclusiveAn opportunity to work with a company that values ethical practices and high standards.A permanent role within the property industry, based in a central location.A healthy work-life balance and a supportive company culture.We encourage all candidates who meet the above criteria to apply for this exciting General Counsel role within the property industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
