Solargain Gippsland is a family-run business that has been installing Solar PV, Battery & Off-Grid systems in Gippsland since 2018. We are looking for a new member to join our team in the New Year! Based at our Bairnsdale office, you will be working full-time as a key resource in ensuring the efficient and effective administration within the business. A great amount of flexibility is required to take on a number of different tasks at once. You should be an effective problem solver with great attention to detail, have a proactive approach, and be a real team player who is still happy to work independently. We pride ourselves on providing quality industry knowledge, so a passion for renewables would be an advantage.
Duties
Assist in answering phones and handling queries; Respond to inquiries from customers and attend to a wide range of matters, providing timely, accurate, and consistent advice and information on renewables and services; Book appointments for the sales team; Process sales orders into invoices to customers; Prepare, collate, and file pre and post job paperwork (electronically); Liaise with customers and installers in relation to jobs; Assist in entering relevant customer information and inquiries into Solargain's CRM, including for sales and service; Lodge warranty claims; How do your skills match this job?
