Responsibilities: Engage with clients, scheduling meetings and addressing their needs. Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and communication. Handle documentation and ensure compliance. Keep sales records up to date in our software. Meet sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with networks and stakeholders. Work closely with the team to achieve our goals. Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. About You: Demonstrate a passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.  Possess a minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the solar industry.  Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.  Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.  Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.  Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
