Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in selling energy-efficient solutions, including solar, batteries, LED lighting, hot water heat pumps, air conditioning and EV chargers.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving team performance, and building strategic partnerships while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
This is a key role in our mission to become Australia's #1 company for energy efficiency upgrades! Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Drive overall sales performance by developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer-Centric Focus: Improve customer satisfaction by managing Google reviews as a key performance indicator (KPI), ensuring that our services consistently exceed expectations.
Team Development and Retention: Cultivate a high-performing sales team by providing ongoing training, development, and coaching to enhance skills and foster long-term retention.
Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with E-Green Electrical's growth initiatives and industry leadership.
Track and Report on KPIs: Monitor performance metrics including customer feedback, team skill improvement, retention rates, overall sales, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior management to develop long-term strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Google Reviews & Customer Satisfaction: 15% of bonus Team Skills Improvement / Retention & Growth: 25% of bonus Overall Sales Achievement: 50% of bonus Strategic Growth Partnerships: 10% of bonus What You Bring: Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager, preferably in the energy, electrical, or sustainability sectors.
You will need to provide proof of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple KPIs and align them with company growth objectives.
A passion for energy efficiency and sustainability.
What We Offer: A competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, paired with a performance-driven bonus structure offering up to $15,000 per quarter.
