Your Role The Solar Accredited Electrical Engineer plays a critical role in designing, managing, and overseeing solar energy projects, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry regulations. The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial clients, optimizing energy efficiency and system performance. Additionally, the role is responsible for supervising a team, providing technical expertise, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. By leveraging their solar accreditation and engineering skills, this role contributes to the growth of renewable energy solutions and supports the company's commitment to sustainability and clean energy goals.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small team of junior staff on various solar design projects.Design efficient and feasible solar system solutions for residential and commercial projects.Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and expand the team's capacity and capabilities.Coordinate and manage project schedules, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project operations.Qualifications & Experience Solar Accreditation is required.A minimum of 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably from a consultancy background.An Electrician License is preferred, but not essential.Battery Accreditation is preferred, but not essential (with a willingness to obtain it if not already held).A collaborative approach with experience working across various disciplines, geographical regions, and with diverse client stakeholders.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Personal Skills Team player attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge with others.Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Strong desire to continually learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the software industry.What We Offer The opportunity to build a professional career in a multi-dimensional business environment.A supportive, dynamic and global team.Diversity and equal opportunity.Yearly salary increment.Before you apply, ask yourself, are you a professional who holds yourself accountable for your actions?
