About the Opportunity As a Software Test Manager, you will be at the helm of ensuring high-quality software testing for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the testing efforts for large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
You will manage a talented team of offshore and onshore testers, liaise with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in testing technologies. Your expertise will be key in delivering solutions on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Position Manage a dynamic team of onshore and offshore testers focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 application testing.Set and monitor product testing KPIs, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.Act as the central point of contact between vendor teams, system owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders regarding all testing matters.Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases that align with business requirements and project goals.Lead defect triage meetings and work closely with teams to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly.Prepare and present detailed daily test progress reports and summary reports to senior stakeholders.Lead the transition from manual testing to automation, driving efficiencies and improving testing processes.Coordinate testing activities with both technical and non-technical teams across various phases, including UAT and post-production verification.Key Requirements for the Role 10+ years of manual and automated software testing experience, with at least 5 years in a Test Manager role.Extensive experience with UI and API testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365.Proven ability to lead offshore and onshore teams, setting clear KPIs and maintaining quality standards.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.Experience in crafting test strategies, test plans, and test cases for large-scale enterprise projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.Experience with data migration testing, performance testing, and accessibility testing will be highly regarded.Why Join?
