We currently have an exciting opportunity for a software support consultant tojoin us in our Melbourne Office and be a part of our software support team. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer requests.
Being the first point of contact for the business, your ability to build rapport and on-going customer relationships over the phone will be highly valued!
Your responsibilities will include: Owning a customer support ticket from start to finish to ensure that SLA's are met throughout the lifecycleAssisting customers with software enquiriesTaking chat support requests from the queue to provide chat support to customersManaging customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolutionRemote and/or onsite upgrades for all HSO softwareProvide exceptional customer serviceYou will have: The ability to prioritize/multitask and meet deadlinesGreat communication skillsA positive, outgoing, and friendly personalityA passion for customer serviceExperience working in a customer service/fast paced environment – highly desirableExcellent ability to learn and articulate software-related conceptsExperience working with computers (MSOffice, navigating screens etc.) – we'll teach you the rest!What is in it for you?
