We're passionate about improving patient outcomes, and we're constantly innovating to stay at the forefront of our industry.What You'll Do:As a QA Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of CardioScan's core software solutions. Working within an Agile environment, you'll conduct comprehensive testing of new and existing platform features, focusing on automation, manual, and API testing. You will collaborate closely with the development team to embed QA best practices, fostering a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.Your responsibilities include building and enhancing test frameworks, identifying and resolving issues, and delivering solutions within estimated timelines. In this role, you will actively contribute to the QA strategy by driving initiatives that align with CardioScan's vision and business goals.The QA Test Engineer will:Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on product requirements and technical specificationsCreate detailed functional, integration, and system test cases to ensure high test coverage and product qualityDesign and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts for regression, load and performance testingMaintain and optimise automated test environments for efficiency and stabilityConduct manual and automated tests, document test results, and track defects to resolutionGenerate and analyse detailed test reports, providing clear feedback on product quality to product owner and development teamsWork closely with product, development, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and product requirementsParticipate in requirements analysis and elucidate outcomes for test casesParticipate in review meetings to understand product needs and assess potential risk areas.This position requires a hands-on, proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement to ensure our platform delivers the highest standard of performance, usability, and reliability for our customers globally.Must have technical requirements & experience:Minimum 3 years experienceExperience in SaaS and cloud-based applications and product testing, with expertise in designing and implementing automated testing solutionsExperience in using automated Unit and Regression Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)Experience in cloud testing environments, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, AWS CodePipeline)Experience in setting up DevOps practices from scratchFamiliarity with Agile Development Process and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Good problem-solving skillsKeep abreast of the latest testing technologies and practices and integrate these as appropriate.About you:Eye for detail, and ability to quickly understand problem statements and outline a plan of actionStrong organisational and project management skills – Self managedExcellent people and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures by listening and acknowledging each other's expertiseSuccessful track record of achieving results through and in collaboration with othersAlignment (professional and personal) with CardioScan's core values and expected behavioursExcellent written and oral communication skillsA strong hands-on approach and self-starterEnjoys a variation of tasks and is flexible and adaptive to changing workloads, deadlines and developments.Why Join Us?At CardioScan, hearts are at the core of everything we do—literally.
