We are looking for aSoftware Project Managerwith maximum 7 years of experience for one of our Singaporean clients with a strong background in software design, development, support, maintenance, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing end-to-end IT projects and leading cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables on time and within budget.
Responsibilities: Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Develop and maintain project plans, identifying project milestones, tasks, and required resources.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.Monitor and control project risks, scope creep, and potential blockers.Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring deliverables arrive on time and meet specified requirements.Regularly report on project status to both team members and senior management.Ensure adherence to the company's best practices, standards, and project management methodologies.Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring open communication.Continuously identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements.Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, specifically overseeing software design, development, support, maintenance, and enhancement projects.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Acquiring the knowledge and expertise of technical risk management and mitigationPMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Employment Status: Full-time Experience Requirements: 3-7 years Details: Work hour: 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (SGT)Weekdays: Monday to FridayNeeded ASAP Job Location: Malaysia (Remote)At Remote Office, we connect talents with global businesses.
