As an imc Learning Software Implementation Consultant, you will be working on delivering new customer projects, as well as collaborating with our existing customers to deliver ongoing work packages for our leading learning management system and other imc software products.
Here's what you'll doProject manage and deliver work packages with an ability to effectively manage project scope, time, and budgetAnalysing and understanding our customers' requirements to form solution designs and specification documentsProactively consult our customers throughout a project on imc's software solutionsPerforming software configurations, to a high standard, based on specificationsSupporting the wider imc team including doing demos, presentations, completing technical tender responses and pitchesDiagnosing and reporting system errors as well as test fixesHere's what you'll needPartnering with our clients to give them the best fit solution for their needsProblem solving, purposeful mindset with a desire to learnExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsExperience consulting or configuring of business software systemsCustomer driven with ability to work in a team and autonomouslyAbility to present and run both functional and technical meetings and workshopsFlexibility to travel within the UK and possibly internationallyProject Management qualifications and/or experience in IT system rolloutsDutch language would be a huge advantageWhat you will expect at imcHybrid Working: Working at home or in the imc office?
