A degree in Computer Science or a related fieldHave advanced skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, C, C++ or similar languages, plus experience with Azure.Have expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL.Proven experience in leading software engineering teamsStrong knowledge of software architecture and designExcellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindsetProficiency in modern software development methodologiesExceptional communication and leadership abilities
