We are currently looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our Information Technology Team at our Perth Head Office in a Full Time capacity.
About the role

Design, code, test, and install applications using a variety of programming languages across multiple platforms.
Mentor and guide less experienced team members, including graduates and junior developers.
Liaise between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
Coordinate and lead team meetings, including sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
Work closely with users to evaluate IT application and equipment requirements.
Ensure systems are completed within agreed budgets and time frames while adhering to design and security standards.

About you

You'll hold relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science, IT or software engineering.
Have advanced skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, C, C++ or similar languages, plus experience with Azure.
Have expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL.
Advanced knowledge of software architecture with the ability to apply this knowledge to specific project deliverables.
Be available to participate in after hours on-call shifts.
Previous experience in a software development leadership role is desirable.
