Software Engineering Manager (Sydney Based)

The role split will look like 50% hands on + 50% people/stakeholder management Lead and mentor a small team of high-performing engineers, promoting a growth mindset and innovative ways of working. Provide expert advice on technology, solution design, architecture, and people management. Drive DevSecOps practices, ensuring engineering teams own what they build and value customer feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UX designers, and operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Promote a culture of open communication, diversity, and inclusion within your team.

Tech Stack:

Hands-On Experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, React.js/Next.js is required Knowledge of distributed systems, Microservices, and REST API Integration Cloud expertise (AWS preferred) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, AuroraDB) Bonus if you have experience with DevSecOps, or the finance domain
