We're seeking an experienced Software Team Lead to join their team, contributing to an exciting product portfolio across the entire software development lifecycle. You will be leading a talented team of software engineers in further developing, testing and optimising their products.About the opportunityDevelop complex new features for geospatial products, used by a global customer base.Participate in all stages of software design, implementation, testing, and product release.Work as part of a talented team of software engineers and engineers from other disciplines across different projects.Lead a small Agile team of software engineers, regularly meeting to discuss performance, development and providing support through coaching.Help to create a positive and collaborative work environment for your team.Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to help define projects and direction.Contribute to the development, testing and deployment of products.Work across a diverse codebase of C#, C++, Java, Go, C, Typescript and more.Ensure high quality software practices are followed in the team.Enjoy flexible working arrangements, office based close to Perth CBD.Competitive remuneration.About youQualifications in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.Strong leadership skills, passionate about supporting more junior engineers progress their careers.Happy to split your time between being hands on (software development) and leading a close knit team.Able to work across a broad number of applications and tech stacks.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders.Be happy to collaborate with an international team.Ability to turn user requirements into an effective engineering design.Exposure to low level software development is desirable.Strong programming skills in either C++ and C# for complex product development.Hold Australian Citizenship.ContactFor more information, please contact: ******
