Your Role and Responsibilities Design and implement data architecture solutions that meet business requirements.Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop data strategies.Lead data architecture teams and mentor junior architects.Provide data strategy consulting services to clients, including data strategy development, data roadmap creation, and data governance framework establishment.Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing proposals and presentations.Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as writing blog posts, speaking at conferences, and participating in industry forums.Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.Manage projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.Required Technical and Professional Expertise Data Strategy Consulting: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data strategy consulting services to clients, including data strategy development, data roadmap creation, and data governance framework establishment.Business Development: The candidate will be expected to contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing proposals and presentations.Thought Leadership: The candidate will be expected to contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as writing blog posts, speaking at conferences, and participating in industry forums.Technical Expertise: The candidate will have an understanding of data architecture, data landscapes, and data governance.Stakeholder Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.Project Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect for Data to design and implement data architecture solutions that meet our business requirements.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related field.Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.Proficiency in data architecture tools and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Spark).Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Proven experience in data strategy consulting, business development, and thought leadership.Location: Canberra, Australia
