Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer Database Development & Administration (Information & Communication Technology) Your new companyOur client is a public sector organisation based in Perth. They are looking for a Software Developer to join their team on a 16-month fixed-term contract.Your new roleAs a Software Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining solutions in alignment with best practices and internal standards. You'll collaborate on business-as-usual tasks and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with project services team members for successful project delivery. Throughout the software development lifecycle, you'll engage with internal business customers, elicit software requirements, conduct research, build, test, provide support, and document solutions.What you'll need to succeedStrong oracle PL/SQL skills along with integration and front-end web development experience.Technical knowledge of programming languages, technologies, and frameworks, such as Java, jDeveloper, HTML, Javascript, CSS3, XML, Bootstrap, Jquery, ANSI SQL, REST APIs, C# and .net.You will have a strong customer service focus, to provide a high level and responsive service to internal and external clients.Experience with complex enterprise-wide systems.Knowledge of Oracle forms, oracle reports, APEX forms, SSRS and azure integration experience is an added advantage.What you'll get in returnYou will receive an annual salary of $102000-$136000 + Superannuation.
