In this role, you will play a key role in the design, architecture, and development of cross-platform applications, ensuring exceptional quality, security, and performance. Job Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile and web applications using Flutter. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure a smooth development process. Oversee the integration of APIs, third-party services, and backend systems. Drive code reviews, enforce technical standards, and establish best practices across the team. Manage the end-to-end release process for iOS and Android platforms, as well as Flutter Web deployments. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on architecture, debugging, and performance optimisation. Stay updated with the latest developments in Flutter, Dart, and related technologies, introducing innovations where applicable. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across multiple platforms. Ensure applications adhere to security, performance, and scalability standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience using Flutter for mobile and web. Proven track record of delivering cross-platform apps for both Android and iOS using Flutter. Expertise in the Dart programming language. Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web applications. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative tools such as Jira or Trello. Ability to design modular, maintainable, and scalable codebases. Knowledge of iOS and Android SDKs, with experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store. Understanding of UI/UX best practices for mobile and web interfaces. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Prior experience in the FinTech domain is preferred.
