As a developer on the team, you will work with other developers, testers and the product owner to design and implement technical solutions enabling the team to deliver features and stories for our product roadmap.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesYou trust your software – you know how it works, how to break it (and fix it)Iteration planning and estimationIncreasing your development experience and knowledgeTaking responsibility for pull requests and contributing to tech decisions together with the team and other stakeholdersContributing to and maintaining team documentation wikis.QualificationsKnowledge, Experience and Technical SkillsAs a full stack software engineer, you'll have experience of the full software development life cycle in an agile team including story estimation, planning and grooming a product backlog.
Technically you should have practical experience building sustainable, scalable, and well-documented APIs and front-end SPA framework experience.
You should also have a good working knowledge of the tools to do the job such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, GIT Source control and SQL Server Management Studio / Azure Data Studio.What you will be doingFront end SPA development with Blazor.NET Core API development with C#Entity FrameworkContinuous Integration and Deployment using Azure DevOpsExperience with Hangfire, RabbitMQ, MongoDBUse of Test Driven Development and writing Unit Tests.Additional InformationDue to the highly sensitive nature of the work, applicants should note that security clearance is required for this role.
To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK.
